Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you so you can access the Plan Urban Projects Archive site. We also receive personal information indirectly from Google analytics that uses cookies.

We use the information that you have given us in order to understand the profile of people visiting the site and, with their permission, get in touch with them at a later to give them information about the activities of people who were involved with Plan Urban Projects.

We will not share this information with any other organisations or individuals.

Your information is securely stored on a database. We keep your name, email address and professional details for ten years. We will then dispose your information by erasing it from the database.
